Nervous System Regulation

Education • Regulation practices • Embodied healing

Learning to regulate my nervous system has been both personal and essential, as I live with dysautonomia - a dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system. My specific diagnosis is Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, commonly referred to as POTS.

After years of trial and error, I found practices that created real change, and I don’t want others to have to navigate that path alone. Drawing from lived experience and the latest research, I integrate somatic movement that supports new neural pathways, mindfulness practices, and insights from occupational and vision therapy to create programs tailored to each client’s evolving needs. Together, we focus on what works for your body now, while honoring that those needs will continue to grow and shift - just as mine still do.

🌿The Grounding Session

When stress, anxiety, or overwhelm hijack your body, it can feel impossible to come back down. This session introduces you to how the nervous system works and why your body reacts the way it does. You’ll leave with a personalized “Calm Kit” of simple practices to start resetting your system right away.

Includes: 90-min session • Calm Kit (3–5 practices) • One week of support
Investment: $125

🌿The Realignment Series

A four week protocol combining nervous system education with guided practice. Each session builds on the last, introducing tools like breathwork, grounding, or gentle somatics while also helping you notice your unique patterns of stress and recovery. By the end, you’ll understand your body better and feel more confident working with it instead of against it.

Includes: Four 60 mins sessions • personalized weekly practices • between-session support
Investment: $425

🌿 The Integration Journey

For those ready to go deeper than “just managing stress.” This longer journey is about unwinding the ways your body has learned to stay on high alert—whether from illness, trauma, or years of being poked, prodded, and tested. Together, we’ll map your stress patterns, rebuild a felt sense of safety, and create a toolkit that helps regulation become second nature. The goal isn’t just to calm your body, but to restore trust in it and in yourself.

Includes: 10 sessions • personalized regulation roadmap • practice library • closing reflection ritual

Investment: $1,000

What Can Coaching Look Like for Someone with a Chronic Illness?

"Based on what my providers have told me, how might I make changes to my daily life that align with this current limitation?"

"How can I adapt while still honoring my values, identity, and goals?"

For example, a client might come to coaching after being diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS)— a dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system that affects circulation and causes symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, and increased heart rate when standing. Their healthcare providers have recommended limiting upright time and practicing strict energy conservation, for now.

Rather than facing these changes alone, coaching offers a supportive space to process the emotional impact of the diagnosis and begin realigning their daily life with these new realities. Together, we might explore questions like:

  1. "Based on what my providers have told me, how might I make changes to my daily life that align with this current limitation?"
  2. "How can I adapt while still honoring my values, identity, and goals?"

The coaching container helps clients move forward with clarity and compassion—focusing not just on what's changed, but on what’s still possible.

Includes personalized resources and between-session support.

Includes: Four 60 mins sessions • personalized resources • between-session support
Investment: $425

🌿 The Integration Journey

Caregiving is not just a role - it reshapes your life, identity, and relationships. Together we’ll build sustainable practices that allow you to care for your loved one without losing yourself in the process.

Includes: 10 sessions • personalized empowerment roadmap • closing reflection ritual

Coaching with me is a collaborative process built on trust and honest conversation. You’re not broken—you’re evolving. My role is to help you uncover your inner wisdom, build self-trust, and create meaningful shifts that align with your values and needs.

Whether you’re navigating chronic illness, caregiving, or the effects of constant stress, coaching offers space to pause, reconnect, and design sustainable ways of living and leading that feel true to who you are.

As your coach, I am committed to:

  • Being fully present .
  • Listening deeply and asking powerful questions
  • Partnering with you to develop goals and strategies
  • Maintaining high ethical standards in alignment with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.

To get the most from our work together, I ask that you:

  • Come prepared by reflecting on topics you’d like to explore and create space in your mind and schedule for our sessions.
  • Be willing to engage with curiosity, share openly, and receive feedback with a growth mindset.
  • Participate fully and follow through on actions you commit to.
